The Snapper Club.

The Snapper Club complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Act), and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) prescribed by the act regarding the manner in which we handle your personal information and we will comply with all relevant legislative requirements.

The kinds of personal information that we may collect and hold from time to time includes:

•  your contact information, including postal and residential addresses, telephone numbers and email address, mostly for shipping purposes but not limited to. 
•  details of any invoicing and any goods we have provided to you at your request.

We will only collect personal information where it is necessary,

to do so for the conduct of our business. We will collect this information in the follow ways:

• if you require us to provide goods or services to you.
• if you contact us via email or submit your information through our website.
• if you contact us in person or via telephone, or any other messenger service.

•  we take active steps to secure all records and destroy or de-identify once it is no longer needed for a valid purpose or required to be kept by law.

• in general, The Snapper Club will collect, hold and use personal information for the purposes of providing or offering goods and services to you.
• by providing us with your personal information, you consent to us using your personal information for the following purposes, providing you with goods and services including but not limited to news, marketing material, promotional material, social media connectivity.

Where you do not wish to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with requested goods or services, or otherwise assist you in relation to the above purposes.
